  • Operating Principle: Energetic diffuse reflection with 880nm infrared LED. No reflector required; trigger signal relies on reflected light from target objects. Standard sensing range: 2–300 mm, maximum detectable distance up to 340 mm (measured on 90% high-reflectivity white standard board).
  • Mechanical Structure: Standard M12*1 nickel-plated brass threaded housing, dimension 12*12*65.5 mm, net weight only 18 g. Integrated teach button on front end, M12 4-pin male connector at the tail for convenient wiring and disassembly.
  • Electrical Specifications: Wide supply voltage DC 10–30 V, PNP transistor output with max. load current 100 mA. Switchable light-on/dark-on mode via onboard button or remote control wire.
  • Detection Performance: Concentrated light spot (spot diameter only 28 mm at 300 mm, beam divergence angle 5.3°), capable of precise detection of tiny and thin workpieces. Response time ≤1.25 ms, maximum switching frequency 400 Hz, suitable for high-speed production lines.
  • Protection & Environmental Adaptability: IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating. Built-in multi-circuit protection against reverse polarity, short circuit, overcurrent and electromagnetic interference. Operating temperature range: -25 °C ~ +70 °C, resistant to oil mist, dust and condensation. Certified with CE and UL. Service life of infrared LED reaches 100,000 hours at 25 °C ambient temperature.
  • Commissioning Method: Dual teach modes: local one-touch manual teach and remote wire teach, quickly locking sensing threshold to avoid false triggering caused by background interference or foreground obstacles.
